The Climate KIC project of Carbon LED aims to integrate LED lighting-based systems to achieve energy-saving and productive greenhouse horticulture.
Also, it aims to reduce the emissions of carbon footprint through an optimal light recipe based on LED light spectra. Crops will also have a 25% increase in productivity.
Furthermore, the main goal of this project is to shift to a zero-carbon economy among European communities. These collaborations of a number of companies will help greenhouse horticulture improve with a new set of technologies.
