The methane-powered tractor of New Holland has received the Good Design Award from the Chicago Athenaeum over 47 competitors from different countries.
Furthermore, the said award features the technology that the methane-powered tractor has. Farmers can save up to 30% in production cost and, also, a 50% reduction in drive-by noise.
Moreover, it can reduce the overall emissions by 80% compared to diesel-powered tractors. This tractor aims to improve environmental performance by utilizing biomethane from agricultural waste.
