Purdue Foundry has established the Ag-Celerator Fund to help startup companies in commercializing technologies in plant sciences through a twice-a-year competition.
Furthermore, it would allow two startups to receive a $100,000 initial funds after the presenting technologies and innovations that could impact plant science. Also, the said innovations could be anything from crop traits, crop yields, farm management, precision agriculture, breeding techniques, and more.
This initiative would boost the agriculture sector of Purdue through advanced technologies and innovations in plant sciences.
