Soil Management in agriculture

What is soil management? Soil is one of the main fundaments of food production. Soil management is the application of all actions taken to protect and enhance soil fertility. Proper soil management includes soil conservation and achieving optimal soil fertility and soil health. Organic farming in particular stresses optimal soil management. It uses soil health as its main source of its fertilization and pest control.
